In 2021, after years of dedication to my fitness I competed in a body building event and found that the restrictions doing this placed on my body were somewhat detrimental to my health. Afterwards, I felt I had lost my way, my drive to train and I was left with no understanding of how to make myself healthy again.

Once I became pregnant in 2023, I knew I had to look after my body for the health of me and my baby and so I used my pregnancy and my maternity leave to qualify as a nutrition coach and a personal trainer. In doing so, I found ways to balance being a mum, working and having fitness goals around my family.

These fitness goals stopped being about being skinny, and started being about being strong and healthy and having balance in my life and now, I’ve never felt better!

Lucy-Anne Fitness Coach was born out of desire to help women get the body they truly desire in a healthy, sustainable way. I use methods that means you don’t have to be in the gym 7 days a week if that doesn’t fit your schedule.
